Before a refund is granted, please allow us to research and solve any issue you have.
We are aware of the frustration when something isn’t working as expecting. But please see that a WordPress plugin is not like a T-shirt or an ebook, i.e. a product that works independent of its environment. The well functioning of a plugin depends on a vast number of variables, like the WordPress version, the theme, other plugins, WordPress settings, server settings, browser. Also, each of these variables constantly change. We do our best to find and fix any issue that might occur in any of these configurations.
Often the issues are as easy to solve as modifying a setting on the website. Send us a description of what’s wrong and we’ll have a look. You’ll receive an answer within the next 24 hours. The person answering you is always a programmer that can properly analyze and fix your issues. We never employ call-center persons that will just send you a copy-paste from the documentation. Even harder issues we’ll solve within a few days after reporting.
If we solve it, you’ll end up with a plugin that works exactly as you want and you’ll save yourself the frustration of looking for and trying out another plugin that might roughly do what you need.
Keep in mind that you don’t purchase a trial version.
The plugin’s presentation page and/or the documentation provides enough information to decide if you need the plugin or not. If you are in doubt, you can also contact us and ask if the plugin will work flawlessly on your website.
We stand behind our products and will assist you in solving any problem you have, but we also expect you to adequately understand what you are purchasing and why.
Once a refund was issued, it takes several days for the refund to be processed by the involved financial institutions. You will also get an email from Stripe, PayPal and/or your credit card company with more information about the refund. The refund shows up as a credit on your account 5-10 business days later, depending upon the bank.
Note that the refunds cannot be cancelled. This is a limitation imposed by the payment processing companies.
